In 2013, the Hot Flashes team participated in three MS Walks – at Rockland Lake State Park, at Glen Island Park in New Rochelle, and at the South Street Seaport in Manhattan.Once again, we had a "Elite Team Tent" (Formerly called "Top Tier Team Tent") at all three walk sites.
Most of the members of the Hot Flashes team did the Westchester MS Walk, at Glen Island Park in New Rochelle:

Thanks to Ed Gallo and Dr. Mary Welch for serving as co-captains for the South Street Seaport Walk site. There were a huge number of MS Walk participants at the South Street Seaport, and we
unfortunately didn't get a group picture of everyone who signed up as a member of the Hot Flashes team. But here are some members of the Hot Flashes contingent at the Manhattan MS Walk:
