In 2011, the Hot Flashes team participated in three MS Walks – at Rockland Lake State Park, at the SUNY Purchase campus in Westchester County, and at the South Street Seaportin Manhattan. Once again, we had a "Top Tier Team Tent" at all three walk sites.
Most of the members of the Hot Flashes team did the MS Walk at SUNY Purchase:
We also had a nice group at the South Street Seaport. Some people arrived late and weren't in the first photograph, taken before the Walk started, but some people who were in the first photograph left before the second photograph was taken after the Walk. So I'm going to post both photographs here:
Thanks to John McGinley for serving as co-captain for the Rockland Lake State Park Walk site. Unfortunately we don't have a team picture from that site, but I'm asking the MS Society if they have a picture from that Walk site that shows Hot Flashes team members during the Rockland MS Walk; I'll post it here if I get it.
